Known Issues when subscribing to a SNUG?

Hi,

I have been a member for a while... For the past few months I have manually checked the group's page 3 or 5 times to find out if there are any upcoming SNUG's or networking opportunities (attended the last SNUG from Sept. 22) - every time I manually checked the group I would "subscribe" thinking I must have forgotten to subscribe the last time time I visited the page (LOL). However, today, I realized that even though I subscribed AND made sure to make a note of it, I refreshed the page, and was unsubscribed from the group? Any suggestions or known issues with subscribing to a SNUG?

Hi @Karen Mora ,

I took a look at your account and it looks like you subscribed and are still subscribed to this post. I also tried subscribing to a piece of content using your account, refreshing my browser, and making sure you're still subscribed. Are you still able to reproduce this issue? If so, can you please create a video of this happening? I'd need something like that report the issue to Khoros since they'll likely be unable to reproduce it on their end.

Hello again-

I just wanted to check in to see if this has been resolved. David works for our community team and Khoros is the platform the community is built on.
