Notification if the "Action Status" changes ?

 Basically my goal is to be alerted via email if the Action Status changes in the case

Hi,

Sounds good.

Within the notification conditions section for your relevant case table, you'd set the condition that action status changes and then setup the rest of the notification as you want (who should get it, what should it say, etc.).
