Are there any plans to add support for native mobile push notifications through the ServiceNow mobile app?
I can see this as being extremely beneficial for many use cases. One example would be for approvals. A manager could receive a notification on the lock screen of their phone and tap to approve it right then and there. I would love to see this feature come to ServiceNow in the future.
