Olá a todos! Hello all!
My name is Jorge and I work at Fujitsu Portugal and we use instances of ServiceNow to perform some our work and am currently working towards getting certified as an "Associate ServiceNow Administrator".
I was hoping we could get the ball rolling and get this SNUG community more active.

What suggestions would you be interested in? In getting more experienced or tips and tricks?
If you are new to ServiceNow, you should not missed the browser extension called "SN Utils" >>> accessible via the creator´s webpage or in the browser extension list. It is compatible for most of the standard browsers.
It allows you to be more efficient and it saves time greatly. There are many video tutorials on youtube or linkedin, and also there is this cheat sheet.
