About Interview rounds in hiring

Can anyone help me, how many rounds will be there to get hired as servicenow. Any criteria to be followed?

Hi @PrithiChavan,

nobody can tell you this. Some companies can hire you after one call (especially if you are recommended by somebody who's already in that company), some require 2, some 3 and some 7 rounds of interviews.

It depends on a particular company and a particular role they are hiring, as well as how many other candidates they have.

In my experience the average is 2-3 but it can be different number in your case.

There's no rule or template of how many mandatory rounds are taken...
