The E-signature feature for Managed Documents in ServiceNow HRSD instance is not functioning correctly. The specific behavior is as follows:
I am using the standard ${signature} placeholder in the PDF template of our Managed Document.
However, when an employee opens the document for signing via an HR Task,
in the system's preview interface,
this variable ${signature} is displayed as plain text and has not been recognized
and replaced by the system with a signature input field.
1.Confirmed that the Managed Document template contains the ${signature} placeholder and the latest version has been published.
2.Verified that the E-signature Template is correctly associated with the respective Managed Document and HR Task.
