Instance used only in read-only as an archive for data consultation

Are the any roles that allow read-only access to the entire instance, used only as an archive for data consultation, please?

The snc_read_only role: Users with the snc_read_only role are prevented from creating, updating, or deleting records in the database. The read access is determined by ACLs.
