Is it possible to add a ref_ac_columns and ref_ac_columns_search to a UI page Dialogue box?

Hi Experts,
On any existing HR case in HR agent workspace if the agent clicks "Add Approval" then a dialogue box will pop up to add the approver and when selecting the user from the list I can only see the user email ID however I also wanted to see the employee ID of the user. I tried checking the UI Page "adhoc_approver" script and also added some logic however there is no luck. Can someone please help on this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Not directly possible within UI page
but here is a possible workaround
-> the fields you want to allow searching should have ref_ac_columns and ref_ac_columns_search added in attributes in dictionary
-> then only UI page will allow user searching on it

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
Thanks for your reply. I saw your suggestion in one of the previous old posts. I tried adding the attributes in the "adhoc_approver" UI Page script (Please see the below Screenshot) however it didn't work. Hence I reached out to the community so that I can get the proper help.
Thanks in advance.
