Survey generating error message

Hi Team,

 

Please help after the Servicenow Xanadu Patch 5 we are facing issue

 

The STARK Group Service Desk Survey gets generated whenever the incident or request is closed

It generates the below email script 

but the script is not behaving as expected

Even the property is giving undefined result

When choosing red emoji inside STARK Group Service Desk Survey, I get the attached reply. So, even being unhappy with the service, the reply I get, says "We are thrilled that you are happy with our service, and we are immensely grateful❤️ ️We would appreciate it if you could leave a comment about what we are doing well!"

If you want help from the ServiceNow community, you need to provide us the information, because we don't have access to your instance, so we can't use the links you provide.
