This program is ignorant. I'm just trying to see my work orders, make notes, and close upon completion. But it constantly sends me back to a community site and I can't get out of it. Extremely disappointed, and frankly, getting aggravated.

I can't even load the dashboard that shows the workorder taskings I'm responsible for. I have to go ask someone else with access and print out the work orders. Hours spent on the "training" and I can't get past the community blog/ pretty useless and a waste of my time compared to a system that works for years

Hello @JohnW7757664956

In that case reach out to the administrators to provide you access. It happens in the beginning when you are exposed to new platforms. Once you get all the relevant access and start using it frequently - you just start knowing it better and also get used to it.

So you will get past this, gear up !!

Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

Hello @JohnW7757664956 ,

First of all, please note that is is a community of other ServiceNow users, the people who are responding are not affiliated with ServiceNow and are just trying to help. Please pass any feedback or complaints you have about the platform to your ServiceNow account manager or to your company's ServiceNow team.

Now, please provide a screen shot of the page or screen where you are stuck. Else it will be hard to assist you. ServiceNow is a platform that can host multiple applications, so we first need to understand which of these you have an issue with.
