search - "egrc"  not returning any value 

when service now admin search "egrc" it retrun values

 

Same user in Yokohama able to search "egrc" and return values

1.Verify if the non-admin user has the required roles to read the table(s) involved in the eGRC search.

Common roles in GRC 

 

2. Navigate to the Search Source record for eGRC

  Check the "User Criteria" related list to ensure it is not restricting access for your non-admin users.
