Brief - Did you know there is a great OOTB capability in platform to manage your ServiceNow dev items/stories/backlog? This is a capability that most people have, but also most people don't use! Hear from Santi how he has picked this up in the last 2 months and "loves it".

Topic 2 - ServiceNow Lens
Presenter - Henry Do
Brief - One of the latest GenAI capabilities released in ServiceNow. If you have a look online right now, there isn't much in terms of documentation or information about this. Come and see what I'm pretty hyped about, and don't miss out on seeing what the possibilities are.
