Hello SNUG Members!
We're excited to be hosting the in-person Richmond SNUG Meeting, on April 2nd at the CarMax Home Office.
We continue to refine the agenda as we get closer to the event date and would like to spotlight as many customers as possible, so if you are interested in participating, please email julia.vitale@servicenow.com. To learn more about ways to participate, you can view the SNUG Participation Guide.
Enhancing and accelerating your success with ServiceNow is the focus of SNUG events, and we only have one local SNUG event each year. SNUG meetings are one of the best ways to learn from and collaborate with other ServiceNow customers. Whether you are new to ServiceNow or a long-time customer, SNUG meetings will help you on your journey.
You will have the opportunity to network with your peers during breaks, lunch, and afternoon drinks.
We will be having an optional workshop prior to the SNUG on Now Assist for ITSM Powered by GenAI. This workshop is designed to help you unlock value with the Now Platform and IT Service Management. During this session, you can look forward to learning how Now Assist for IT Service Management powered by GenAI, can help you transform your IT organization, significantly increase agent and employee productivity, and reduce Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).
