The time has finally arrived for another Richmond, VA SNUG! We're currently planning for an in-person event in late March 2024 and we'd love to hear from you!
- What topics are of interest to you and you want to hear more about them?
- What topic resonates with you and you want to share your knowledge or experience with others?
- What feedback would you like us to consider as we plan this next event? For me, it's more time to socialize and network with you!
Reply to these questions and let's get the conversation started. Feel free to @ mention me, @c_blaisegregory , so I'll see it right away.
For inspiration, these have been on my list:
- Managing demand: the intake of new development work and keeping customers informed
- Tools and strategies for leveraging citizen development to grow the platform
- Employee Center: implementation, innovative use cases
- Mobile: agent and NOW mobile adoption & creative use cases
- Performance Analytics in the real-world
- ITSM is a DevOps world: how are both co-existing
- Tools of the trade: getting the most out of SNUtils, SwissNow and other plugins that make our jobs easier
- Innovating with integrations: what have you integrated with lately to streamline the flow of work through your organization?
- Platform security: what's new?
- Scaling the team along with the platform
- Approach to custom application development: communicating what's possible and delivering on it (but just because we CAN does it mean we SHOULD?!)
- Service Operators Workspace
- Lesson's from designing your own workspaces
- What's new in Washington, DC: beyond the welcome kit
A save the date and event registration link will be share in the coming weeks.
Remember: SNUGs are BY and FOR us so let talk about the things that interest you the most!

@Sally7 thanks for taking a moment to share your ideas. We want all SNUGs to include content that's intended for all audiences, especially the developer community. So often the topics are product-centric and don't specifically relate to the developer experience. We've added time on the agenda for roundtable / Q&A agenda to learn more about each other and how we operate/manage our respective platforms. You can expect to see additional developer-centric topics at future SNUGs if not at future meetups. Lastly, be on the lookout for a save the date and registration link to our next RVA SNUG scheduled for late March.
