Good morning,
Is there a resource you can point me to that displays the org charts that are available in ServiceNow? I tried to quickly search but was unsuccessful.
I want to see an example of what an org chart will look like. Does it just contain employee name and hierarchy? Can we modify to include more information?
Thank you!
Caroline

Hi @cyoshimoto
There is a OOB widget "My Org Chart" which can be viewed via https://<instancename>.service-now.com/<portal>?id=my_org_chart. You'll need to modify the instance name and the portal suffix (esc, sp, etc.) This uses the sys_user table's manager structure.
I believe there is also a better version of this if you have employee center pro. Link to that product document here. I don't have any personal experience with this, but I hope this helps!
