Hello SNUG Members,
Please join me in congratulating our longtime SNUG Leader, Paul Porter, on his well-deserved retirement after a long and successful career in technology!
Paul has been a SNUG Leader for over nine years and has also served on the SNUG Advisory Committee, generously contributing his time, ideas, and support to make the SNUG program stronger and more meaningful for our entire community.
If you're attending the SNUG meeting this week, please take a moment to say hello and congratulate Paul in person.
On a personal note — thank you, Paul, for the many great conversations and thoughtful suggestions over the years. You will truly be missed!

Hi Tracy,
I'm not sure there are enough ways to thank you for your support and leadership these last 9 years on Advisory. Being a part of the SNUG and SNUG Advisory communities has been rewarding for me in ways that are challenging to fully articulate. I will sincerely miss the camaraderie and community spirit brought by everyone in the Advisory Board, not to mention the thoughtfulness and intelligence each member brought to the table. I hope that I contributed as much or more than I got out of it, both professionally and personally. I also hope I don't miss the opportunity to stay in touch with you and the Advisory team. If recollection serves, I think it was Lisa Felton that approached me at my second or third Knowledge to ask if I'd like to become a SNUG leader, which started a significant part of my professional journey.
As I ride off into the sunset, it's my departing wish there's a path forward to bring back twice yearly SNUGs. I know it would mean a lot to Bay Area customers.
Respectfully, as always.
