How to use Process Mining to identify process improvement opportunities:

In this lab, you'll get hands-on with the use a few common use cases

 

Automation opportunities — Surface repetitive work that are prime candidates for automation or AI agent orchestration.

Multi-hop and reassignment patterns — See how many times work bounces between teams or individuals, quantify the impact of each reassignment, and pinpoint the root causes driving unnecessary handoffs.


On Hold analysis— Identify where work is stalling, how long it sits idle, and the downstream impact on SLAs,and throughput.
