Hi community. While submitting some of record producers, I am getting this error message: 'Invalid attempt. Encrypted data could not be saved.' Now this is due to some masked fields which we have added in producer as per request from client. I also tested by not filling any of the masked variables and I was able to submit a request.
Need some support on what the issue for the error could be.

the user you are using doesn't have the encryption context to write to the target field on record producer.
the only way is give proper encryption role to that user
Unable to save encrypted data in protected information field on incident record producer
