Nozomi - ServiceNow Integration - Vulnerability Response Integration with Nozomi

Hello

I am encountering a failure to connect ServiceNow and Nozomi.

I have already used and connected the two applications with ServiceNow Service Graph Connector for Nozomi Networks. And Assets and Alert/incidents from Nozomi are loaded to my ServiceNow Instances.

However I could not load the Vulnerabilities with the Vulnerability Response Integration with Nozomi. I try to follow the setup guide that is provided on the store :

1. I did the prerequisite connection with Vulnerability Response Integration with NVD, and CVE are loaded to the NVD library
2. My connection is good and I have the Result : 200 when I test it
3. I have created the Nozomi integration has follow

When I click on “Execute Now”, I have the following message :

With in the notes this message : Encountered error running the integration. com.glide.communications.ProcessingException: Error constructing REST Message/Method: x_none_nozomi_vr.Nozomi Vulnerability Integration/GET CVEs

As anyone get its issue and find a solution ?

our issue was solved by Nozomi support. Adding extra column.

I had this error: 

But it run successfully after second execution - some temporary time out.
generally configuration was about to put nozomi url user/api key password and everything running "smooth"
