I am currently reviewing and preparing to implement the Security Customer Actions recommended for our instance. One item in particular—Enable 3DES Deprecation for Password2 Fields—has been reviewed multiple times by our internal team as well as our ServiceNow partner.
Based on our assessment, the only impacted fields identified were out‑of‑the‑box fields. Our ServiceNow partner advised that, because no custom or modified fields were found, our environment should be considered safe.
Before proceeding with any additional work or configuration changes, I would like to request your input and confirm whether you agree with this assessment or if there are any additional steps we should take.
