When a Remediator requests an exception for a Vulnerable Item, we can force the Remediator to complete a questionnaire.
In such a scenario, how and where can I view a Vulnerable Item's related questionnaire please?

Hi @reanimate ,
When the Remediator submits an Exception Request (for a VI or a Vulnerability Group):
- The questionnaire is triggered by Exception Management configuration.
- It is sent to the requester (via assessment/notification).
- The completed answers are stored on an Assessment/Survey record, which is attached to the Exception record, not the VI.
This is why the doc says it's “sent to the person raising the exception”:
Because the ServiceNow Assessment Engine delivers surveys via task or email notification, and the user completes them in a separate UI page.
Please mark as helpful, if something you learned from this answer.
Thanks
