How risk score is populated on Remediation Task

Hello,

 

For example, there are 5 vulnerable items associated with remediation task. each vulnerable item has different risk score(75,50,80,95,100).How risk score is calculated on Remediation Task. Anyone please explain me it would be very helpful.
