How to disable Yokohama MFA enforcement if you have SSO enabled already

Hi,

I need your help here.

Company ABC already has MFA and SSO enabled, and documentation says

"Beginning in Yokohama, ServiceNow is going to begin enforcing MFA by default for any internal local logins, meaning any login that is not through a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider or from a Service Account." We upgraded to Yokohama patch 1 and this is enabled by default how can we disable this functionality since it says MFA should not be enforced if you use SSO?

I don't care if you strongly advise against doing so, ... it's my instance, my rules... i want to disable it.
So, back to the OP's question... how do you disable it.
And for the love of god, replies like "you shouldn't" aren't needed.
Is it possible to completely disable mfa or not?  If so, how?  Simple question really.

Hi,

Our company had already set up MFA and didn't want to add a third step for authentication. Therefore, we disabled the second option, and everything worked as expected. This step is neither mandatory nor enforced.

I hope this helps.
