Procedure for Applying Custom Branding for Email-Type MSI Status Report Templates

Hello,

In the MSI Status Report configuration, we notice that several out-of-the-box (OOTB) templates are available. For templates where the report type is set to “Email,” the system automatically applies a default header and footer image. When creating a new template using the Email report type, these default header and footer elements are included automatically.

While I am able to create custom branding profiles and successfully apply them to templates where the report type is “PDF,” I am unable to apply the same custom branding to templates with the Email report type. The Email templates continue to use the default branding, and the custom branding configuration does not take effect.

I am seeking guidance on whether custom branding can be enabled for Email-type MSI Status Report templates, and if so, what configuration steps are required to achieve this.

Did you check on the email notification what kind of templates and/or scripts are used there?
