Qualys Knowledge Base integration import only Qids

Hi Experts,
When we run the qualys knowledge base integration, it will import all the new items and we downloaded the XML means their we can able to see only the Qids remaining data are not present (ie>. Summary, description,etc...) meanwhile once the qualys knowledge base run then qualys knowledge base (backfill) also run and it gives the all other information. Why?

In ServiceNow's implementation of Qualys Knowledge Base integration, the process occurs in two stages:
1. Initial Import: When you first run the Qualys Knowledge Base integration in ServiceNow, it imports new items but may initially include only basic information such as QIDs.
2. Backfill Process: Following the initial import, the backfill process runs. This step retrieves additional details like summaries, descriptions, and other relevant data from the Qualys Knowledge Base and updates the imported items in ServiceNow with this comprehensive information.
This two-step process ensures that while the initial import quickly populates ServiceNow with essential identifiers, the subsequent backfill enriches the records with complete and accurate data from Qualys, providing a more comprehensive dataset for analysis and management within ServiceNow.
