The SailPoint for ServiceNow Service Catalog is not accessible without an admin role, but it should be accessible with the minimum roles provided by SailPoint.
It is accessible with the minimum roles provided by SailPoint in one of the environments, but on Prod environment, it requires the admin role.

Kindly help to debug the issue.

Hello @Kaveri Bhagat

I don't have any client instance where SailPoint is installed. It was with my previous client. I would suggest you raise a HI Case for this or raise a support ticket with SailPoint team within your organization where they can provide assistance from SailPoint side.

If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.

Thanks & Regards

I checked the upgrade history, and no skipped records were found.

I would like to note one observation where the CU had a customised catalog plugin installed at the same time as the upgrade. Upon asking, the CU denied providing details about.
And can you write down about how to validate what roles are available OOTB to access this catalog item?

I reviewed the upgrade history and found no skipped records. I also confirmed that the catalog plugin was successfully upgraded. We noticed a customized catalog plugin installed around the same time, which appears to be related to the SailPoint plugin. However, since the customer declined to share details about it, we cannot comment further on that aspect.

Could you please provide the steps to validate which roles are available out-of-the-box (OOTB) to access this catalog item?
