ServiceNow Senior Consultant

A Day in the Life:
Acorio ServiceNow Consultants are a band of the best and brightest in the industry! They work on dynamic teams to deliver the most challenging and complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery including:
- Develop solutions using the perspective of the customer
- Lead and prescribe clients to best practice
- Participate in and/or lead discovery workshops, customer meetings and conference calls
- Estimate time or resources needed to complete projects
- Communicate to Engagement Managers progress and forecast changes
- Attend sprint planning and review meetings
- Perform testing
- Provide project documentation & guides
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Perform story breakouts
- Define prerequisites (what gets developed first)
- Manage customer calls independently
- Provide best practice guidance to less experienced consultants
- Proactively keeps ServiceNow skills current
- Contribute to thought leadership at Acorio and in the industry
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience working in a Consulting environment
- Knowledgeable with the ServiceNow platform suite
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, Knowledge
- Familiar with ServiceNow scripting and security best practices
- ServiceNow reporting
- Practical experience with ServiceNow API's, Web Services
- Ability to conveycomplex technical concepts in understandable business terms
- Ability to reason, develop and evaluate options and propose solutions
- Lead and guide customers with confidence while guiding and inspiring them
- Competent in organizing, planning and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
- ServiceNow Implementation certification required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is desired
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification would be nice to have
Travel: Up to 25% travel is typical for this role
