Direct Hire Lead ServiceNow Developer - Charlotte, NC - Over 10,000 End Users

My client, a household name in the insurance industry, is looking to add a Lead ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to their organization as a direct hire in their Charlotte, NC office. After a recent sizable investment into automation across the business, they target to build a team of 5 in their Charlotte hub to compliment the team they already have established across the US. This company is a top-30 ServiceNow customer when measured in number of end-users in the US.

Immediate projects will focus on evangelizing ITSM across the company – affecting over 10,000 end users of the platform. From there, ITOM and portal/widget projects are pipelined. You will have a big influence into steering the ship on their ServiceNow journey.

My client is targeting $115,000 base salary. Beyond that, they offer 5 weeks of PTO, a 401k match of 80 cents per dollar for the first 5% of your paycheck you contribute, a pension plan with automatic contributions equivalent to 3% of your of you paycheck, and top-tier health/insurance benefits. This is one of the best benefits packages I’ve seen in my time doing North Carolina ServiceNow recruitment.
