Acorio is looking for a ServiceNow Practice Leader to define and execute the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) program to ensure Acorio’s solutions distinguish themselves in the market from other partners in methodology, innovation and team skills. The Practice Lead will reach across the organization from Sales to Delivery and tis position presents an exciting opportunity to leverage leadership, solution design as well as to define and learn the skills to execute a HRSD program.

You will set the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Practice strategy, lead tactical execution, contribute as a thought leader, enable PreSales & Sales on the business value proposition and on Acorio differentiators of the HRSD Practice, ensure the Delivery team has the resources to execute with precision on projects and represent Acorio with ServiceNow Professional Services, Sales, Product & Partner Groups.
A day in the life:
- Set the strategy of the HRSD Practice and socialize it internally across Acorio teams and externally with ServiceNow partner, advisors and clients.
- Define HRSD Practice marketing strategy and develop marketing plan.
- Construct and maintain sales support and client facing collateral to describe the practice value proposition, Acorio differentiators, Acorio qualifications, client case studies and industry trends.
- Develop Acorio best practice recommendations and create/maintain delivery methodology, guides, job aides, and additional collateral, as needed.
- Analyze Acorio pipeline to ensure resources to meet demand and conduct ongoing capacity planning.
- Define practitioner enablement plans and develop and contribute to training content.
- Coach individuals and teams toward excellence in delivery.
- Stay current on ServiceNow product roadmap, participate in release testing and coordinate HRSD Practice readiness.
What you bring:
- 10+ Years in the HR industry with 5+ Years in Professional Services. Ideal Candidate would have both consulting and industry experience in this HR Practice area supporting Pre-Sales.
- 5+ year’s experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deliverable management- displaying an understanding of project management principles in support of project execution and interactions with clients.
- Team leadership in a matrixed environment- Providing oversight, inspection and quality assurance of HRSD Practice deliverables.
- Proven experience developing/coaching consultants functionally and technically.
