Furthermore, s IT Solutions Austria is in charge of data centre operations and the local technical service in Austria.

The Cloud & Agile Services (CAS) department is responsible for the development, integration and management of several strategic cloud, automation and ITSM platforms.

Your Tasks

• You will become part of a dynamic team which continuously develops, extends and improves the ServiceNow and cloud platforms in sIT & EGIT
• You will program REST/JSON interfaces and learn the associated platforms e.g. ServiceNow, RedHat CloudForms and OpenShift
• You will work in agile self-driven teams and support our culture that expects high levels of performance with a strong team work ethic
• You will proactively find ways to increase efficiencies and improve the usability of our platforms infrastructure

Your Background

• You have a formal IT education and/or relevant work experience
• You are familiar with several of the following technologies: JavaScript, Python, Webservices, CMDB, Linux, Ansible, JSON/REST
• You have experience with some of the following platforms: ServiceNow, RedHat OpenShift/CloudForms and hybrid clouds or you are motivated to learn them
• You are able to understand and implement concepts which contain dependencies on external systems
• You are a team player who likes to work in agile teams taking full responsibility for all aspects of defined tasks
• You have good German and English
