The Role:

  • The ServiceNow Developer Administrator is responsible for the development and day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • As part of business transformation one of your first tasks will be the development of new functionality to enable migration of a key customer facing team from another service management system.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to identify and refine business requirements and workflows.
  • Responsible for designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including creation and modification of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other configuration or scripting required to support business processes.
  • Monitoring and optimization of the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow production and non-platform platforms. Also, to coordinate and execute platform upgrades and maintenance, update set management, system clone, etc.
  • Communication of ServiceNow process, operations and capability information to all levels of management effectively.
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to reflect KPI’s and workflow statuses.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years working in a Delivery or Operations team.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change, Incident & Problem Management, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
  • Experience of domain separation.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
  • Good scripting skills.
  • Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge
  • Preferred qualifications are: ServiceNow Application Developer Certification; ServiceNow System Administrator Certification; ServiceNow System Administration Advanced; ServiceNow Domain Separation implementation; ITIL Certification;
