The Senior Developer - ServiceNow will play an important role in the software development lifecycle. The role reporting to the Principle Lead is to ensure that the ServiceNow platform is maintained and developed according to the needs of the business but within the realms of the systems capabilities.
The role is responsible for the implementation, development and testing of the ServiceNow platform.

- Assist in deploying ServiceNow for acquired businesses and new products.
- Assist in building and supporting related applications
- Must have experience with the full suite of ITSM modules, including Service Catalog, CMDB & Service Portal.
- Maintaining excellent documentation on the system for users and developers.
- Troubleshooting issues
- Lead the investigation and resolution of problems by users and developers of the application
- Conduct training for users of the ServiceNow platform in consultation with the Training Manager
- 4+ years commercial IT experience, with at least 2 years of demonstrated experience within the ServiceNow platform
- 5+ year’s commercial IT experience, with at least 3 years s of demonstrated experience in system administration and complex system development, ideally in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to establish strong relationships internally.
- Good understanding of the organisation's technology direction. This includes measurements for productivity and individual’s performance.
- Track record in applying the principles of a software development life cycle
