We are currently seeking an amazing ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our team as a member of our growing Technology division located in Seattle, Washington.

You’re great at:

  • Performing system and application configuration and management.
  • Completing development, configuration and workflow administration to support business processes.
  • Coordinating with business owners for modifications and changes in ServiceNow.
  • Performing QA testing and UAT testing.
  • Developing, maintaining, and publishing documentation regarding use of Service Now enhancements.
  • Applying knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSL, and cloud-based technology.
  • Maintaining and monitoring platform integrations.
  • Configuring user Accounts, Groups, and Roles.
  • Using the UI to administer Tables, Fields, and Relationships.
  • Adding configuration items to CMDB.
  • Providing on-call support for ServiceNow Platform.
  • Creating and modifying Reports and Dashboards.
  • Creating and Modifying Workflow Activities.
  • ServicingCatalogg maintenance and creation.
  • Influencing and consulting around key technical decisons concerning ServiceNow.
