I am working closely with a ServiceNow Partner who is looking to bring an experience Administrator/Developer onto their already established team. They have been using ServiceNow for a little while, but are planning on customizing and building out their platform. This role will require being onsite in Idaho. Your new company will offer relocation assistance and aid in the entire moving process. This is the perfect role for someone who has light ServiceNow development experince and is trying to take a step up in their career path.

Responsibilities

  • Some customization of ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
  • Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
  • Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
  • Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environments
  • Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years working in the ServiceNow in an Admin Capacity. Familiarity with Istanbul.
  • Strong UI design skills.
  • Database development skills.
  • Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
