Job Description
Title: ServiceNow Application Developer
Duration: . 13 week (temp to perm)
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
JOB DESCRIPTION:
ServiceNow Application Developer Under the direction of the Direction of Customer Experience, the incumbent s role will include, but is not limited to, configuration and administration of UC San Diego Health s ServiceNow Instance, Modules and Portals.
- Administer ServiceNow tool
- Configure Application UI
- Configure Workflow
- Customize ServiceNow applications
- Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
- Facilitate implementation/intake of new ServiceNOW projects, scope out, prioritize and manage
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions
- Handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
REQUIREMENTS - PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ Years Experience with ServiceNow Implementation
- 5+ Years Advanced experience in JavaScript or related application development
- 5+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
- In-depth experience in developing workflow customizations, and supporting Information Technology teams/departments
- Understanding of ServiceNow functionality, modules, and how all ITIL processes are implemented in ServiceNow.
- Implementation/Development of CMDB Implementation/Development of Orchestration
- ITIL Foundation Certification One of the following Certifications:
- ServiceNow System Administration Certified
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified
- ServiceNow Developer Certified REQUIRED:
- 2+ Years Experience with ServiceNow Implementation
- 2+ Years Advanced experience in JavaScript or related application development
- 2+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
- Experience Developing ServiceNOW workflow customizations and supporting Information Technology teams/departments
