ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

ConfigureTek is looking for experienced ServiceNow developer. The qualified candidate must possess hands on experience with administration, development, and configuration in ServiceNow. This position will require the consultant to take charge of challenges, adapt to the business needs, and stay focused on delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules ex Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Workflow, Integrations
• Configure and develop workflows and application user interfaces (UIs) as well as customize ServiceNow application
• Configure and implement ServiceNow scripts in the form of business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and UI policies
• Write and develop complex transform scripts to import data into the ServiceNow Database
• Prior web development using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, AngularJS and Twitter Bootstrap
• Experience with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions using scripting as well as leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow to meet specific business needs
• Administration, development, documentation and technical support of the ServiceNow platform
• Assist in ServiceNow administration functions associated to project development and business unit adoption to ServiceNow

Qualifications:

• 3 Years ServiceNow experience required
• Knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, etc.)
• Experience in AngularJS and Twitter Bootstrap preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST
• Experience creating Service Portals required; experience across multiple customers a plus
• Experience implementing CSM a plus
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle process
• Ability to guide the Development team on complex development projects
• Ability to communicate solutions to IT Leadership
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist — ITSM certification is a plus
• ITIL v3 Certification is a plus
