Job details:
• Hands-on experience (at least 3 Years) on ServiceNow.
• Good experience in development and implementation of different modules of ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, etc).
• Must be technically savvy and able to design and build ServiceNow platform applications that meet business goals and objectives
• Exposure and Hands-on Project experience on various ITSM Module (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog , Configuration and Service portal )
• Create and configure Server and client sides scripting like Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting.
• Extensive knowledge and Hands-on experience on Workflow and Form design of Service Catalog, Record Producer, Order Guide.
• Create and configure Soap / Rest Integration with 3rd party applications.
• Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. inside of the ServiceNow environment
• Coordinate and manage application and platform upgrades.
• Perform day to day support and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms and applications, work with functional teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the team.
