• Service Now Experience should include scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment. 
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good experience for implementing systems using the Agile/ Scrum methodology
• Should have good working experience with ITSM tools is plus
• Good understanding of web based Application Architectures and Application interfaces 
• Proficiency in client side and server side Scripting but not limited to:
• • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies and UI Actions
  • Data Policies
  • Script Includes
  • Import sets
  • UI Pages and Macros
  • Record Producers
  • Update Sets
  • Workflows
  • List views
  • Forms
  • ACLs
  • Users and Groups
  • Inbound actions
  • Notifications
  • Email layouts and Templates
  • Upgrades
• Proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, MySQL
• Hands on experience in SQL 
• Hands on Scripting Experience
• Expertise in third-party application integration and Service Oriented Architecture. 
• Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform including Custom UI Pages and content in the CMS. 
• Experience with Service Portal is a plus
• Experience in configuring CMDB is a plus
• ITIL/ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage
• ITIL V3 foundation certification is an Add-on. 
• Experience with upgrades/ multiple versions is plus
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation is plus.
• Ideal candidate should have good design knowledge and be willing to research new solutions based on the requirements. 
• Creating technical design document and writing Unit test cases 

Experience & Background: 

• Minimum 18 months of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow.
