Job Description - This is a full time position (No sponsorship options available)

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Architect/SME to join our team. We are looking for a rock star who can add value to the team and have passion to the platform. The candidate must have a strong development and administration on the ServiceNow platform. We are looking for someone with

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITOM processes and solutions
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Catalog
• Experience with CMDB set up, process, data model
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping
• Build Custom solutions in the ServiceNow ITOM space
• Experience in setting up the public-cloud and data center discovery
