ConfigureTek is a certified ServiceNow partner across the US and Canada. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Architect to support our ServiceNow solutions and consulting services. As a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Architect you will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical account management and functional support to prospective customers and partners while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will be a key asset to the sales team to articulate our value proposition to prospective customers
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
- Assess the customer's strategic needs and uncover the business requirements
- Gather the appropriate information to generate the proposal with the proper service components, pricing and assumptions
- Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, and etc
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry
- 3-5 years of technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience designing and selling Cloud-based solutions (ServiceNow)
- Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification required
- College degree (preferred)
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
