JM Family is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven individual responsible for driving intelligent solutions and recommendations for the company. The candidate will be responsible for answering questions about current operations, generating insights, building and maintaining reports for all levels of the company using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
