Pay Range:   $110k - $115k + 15% bonus

Overview:

Establish vision and drive development of module implementation and system enhancements for ServiceNow.   Responsible for supporting efforts across modules, manage dependencies, and drive the tool towards maturation.

Details:

• Assists PM's in fact-findings resulting in the formulation and definition of the system scope.   Performs testing to assure product delivery to meet user specifications.
• Adheres to company IT standards and procedures.
• Provides estimates for a multiple software application solution.
• Designs, codes and tests small to large multiple software application solutions independently or as part of a team.
• Executes unit testing. Solid understanding of QA testing plans.
• May lead documentation reviews.
• Strong understanding of Project Management processes; Basic understanding of general PM theory and its application in SW development.
• Resolves complex software issues across multiple software applications.
• Communicates and presents to the team, management, and stakeholders.
• Mentors less experienced team members on application design, coding difficult problems, estimating for an application component and leadership of a team (contractors and FTE) to complete a component of a solution.
• Leads a medium to large sized team (contractors and FTE) to complete development of a component of a moderately complex solution.
• Handles and manages conflict effectively with management in the IT organization, business partners and sponsors.

EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ years of applicable IT experience.
• 2+ years of lead experience
• ServiceNow implementation and development experience required
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification required.
• Ability to analyze, map, transform, and transfer data between variety of data formats.
• Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST and JSON).
• Experience designing, coding and testing modules in ServiceNow, specific experience with CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Service Catalog.
• Experience in JavaScript, PHP, C, Java. Perl, HTML or HTML 5.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL Foundations Certification.
