Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform to include company products and customer solutions
- Participate as a member on Agile teams
- Provide consulting services to customers, prescribing platform best practices
- Develop internal collateral to improve solution quality and accelerate solution delivery
What you Bring
- Strong understanding of core software engineering, system design and integration
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to company and customer needs
- Two years' consulting experience on ServiceNow platform with solid understanding of the Platform, as well as, Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management
- Five years developing solutions using Java and/or Javascript
- Local to the Washington DC metro area
