Job Description:

• As a lead - Help Oversee ServiceNow implementations
• Participating in development and testing of Software meeting project deadlines and deliverables
• Implement dynamic and responsive Service Portal and end user interfaces on the ServiceNow Platform
• Build reusable components (widgets, directives, etc) that can be leveraged by others in the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Directed design, consultative requirements capture leveraging Agile/Scrum, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM frameworks
• Lead UI/UX design sessions
• Ability to look at requirements and come up with detailed designs
• Oversees work for the development team and helps resolve issues, trouble shoot as needed, and ensures that appropriate standards are adhered to
• Build custom widgets as necessary to meet customer needs
• Help refine the Concurrency standard for Service Portal implementations 

Mandatory Skills:

• Overall 8+ years’ experience out of which  4+ Years: Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow web technologies related to Integrations, Portals, Applications, Networks, Protocols, & Email (XML, REST, SOAP, APIs, JavaScript, AJAX, Import Sets, CSS3, HTML5, Angular JS, Angular Bootstrap, SNMP, PowerShell, SSH, SMTP, POP3)
• Strong UI programming skills –UI Experience in Web UI, JavaScript, Ajax, Jquery, Angular JS or similar JS frameworks
• Experience developing large-scale single-page apps using Angular or React
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
• Experience developing back end scripting for configurations
• Ability to translate prototypes provided via Sketch or similar into working HTML/CSS web pages utilizing modern web frameworks such as AngularJS and web services for data transport
• Ability to participate and contribute to the high level design, roadmap and architecture discussions.
• Participating in development and testing of ServiceNow project deadlines and deliverables.
• 6+ Years of integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services.
• Implement dynamic and responsive Service Portal and end user interfaces on the ServiceNow Platform
• Scripting business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, automation
• Very good in oral and written communication
• Work experience preferred in Agile Software development using ServiceNow platform

Desired certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
