Certified ServiceNow Developer (CSA + CAD) | Mission-Driven | Seeking Entry-Level Opportunities

Hi ServiceNow community!

My name is Taylor Recalde and I'm a certified ServiceNow professional holding both my CSA and CAD certifications, as well as a recent TechElevator graduate. I'm actively seeking entry-level ServiceNow roles — open to remote, hybrid, or on-site opportunities in Raleigh, NC.

I'm a mission-driven developer. For my capstone project at TechElevator, I built State of Support — a full-stack application designed to help domestic violence victims find local resources in their area. I aggregated data from online sources across all 50 states, built a Java Spring Boot REST API connected to a SQL database, and developed the entire front end in React with a focus on making the experience as simple and stress-free as possible for vulnerable users — including a quick-exit button for safety. It's the kind of project that reminded me why I got into tech: to build things that actually help people.

I'm eager to bring that same intentionality into the ServiceNow ecosystem — whether that's improving ITSM workflows, automating processes, or helping organizations get more out of the platform.
