Hello ServiceNow Community,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Ansuman Pradhan, and I am a fresher currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. I am actively looking for an opportunity to start my career in ServiceNow as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.

I have completed my CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications, and I have practical knowledge of:

- Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

- User Administration, Roles, Groups, ACLs

- Flow Designer and Workflow Automation

- Service Catalog and Record Producers

- Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies

- Tables, Forms, Lists, Import Sets, Transform Maps

- Reports, Dashboards

- Application Development in ServiceNow Studio

- Integrations basics and platform customization

I am a quick learner, hardworking, and highly motivated to build my career in the ServiceNow ecosystem. As a fresher, I am looking for an opportunity where I can contribute, learn from experienced professionals, and grow long-term.

If there are any openings, referrals, internships, or entry-level opportunities for ServiceNow Admin / Developer roles, I would be truly grateful for your support.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best Regards,

Ansuman Pradhan

Hi @ansumanprad

Next Steps After CSA – Choose Based on Your Career Goals:

  • Certified Application Developer (CAD): Ideal if you're interested in scripting, app development, and extending platform functionality.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM): Best suited for those pursuing roles in consulting or business analysis within IT Service Management.

  •
  • Performance Analytics Micro-Certification
Learn to create KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights. Ideal for roles focused on reporting, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Integration Hub
Gain skills in connecting ServiceNow with external systems through pre-built connectors and automation (spokes). Useful for automation and orchestration roles.

  • Flow Designer
Understand how to automate processes without code using a low-code/no-code interface. Critical for building efficient workflows across the platform.

  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Learn how to manage and map IT infrastructure components. This is essential for ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise architecture-related roles.
