I was previously a Network Engineer, but made the switch to ServiceNow consultant. It's possible to get a job, but I got a lot of rejections only due to lack of workplace experience directly related to ServiceNow. The job I finally did get my hands on is limited to one year only and had a marginally lower pay. If you want to work fulltime with ServiceNow you have to mean it.

Hi @Md_Aziz
It depends on the region you belong to. Nowadays trend is like minimum of 2 yrs. Experience is required but it doesn't mean there is no job. You can do freelance , use this time to learn more.

Hi,
I am trying to get CSA certification. I am wondering do I need to register a course in their platform or can I do self study?
