I have recently cleared my CSA and i am giving CAD next week. I have a fair knowledge of platform and i have worked on ITSM applications in my cohort. I very well know that clearing CSA or CAD doesnt guarantee jobs. But are there any organizations who are offering internships to freshers who have cleared there CSA or are onboarding freshers for administrator role. This would give me hands on experience and it will further help me to get jobs. If there is someone who can refer me for internship roles or for administrator roles to a company, then it will be very helpful and grateful of you. I am not looking for compensation, i am ready to work for free as an intern, i just want hands on experience. I am attaching my servicenow resume link, if anyone can provide any leads, then it will be very helpful. Also how more will be my chances of getting job after clearing CAD.

Hello @wmparm ,
I saw your Servicenow Resume. You seem to have completed multiple basic courses and earned badges, which is good.
Currently I do not have any referral for you but what I can recommend you is to start doing coding in your PDI. Begin with business rules, script include, client script, flows, etc. In parallel, start applying for junior developer role & attempt interviews. That is how you will get an idea what is your level of knowledge and what is being asked at your job level. You will get to know the practical questions. Even if you get rejected but the learning you get will give a boost to your profile and in yourself. Certifications will also help then. All the best! Hope it helps.
If my response helps you in any way, kindly mark it as Accepted Solution/Helpful and help in closing this thread.
Regards,
Shubham
