Hi team

I started learning about ServiceNow SPM role and going through Labs. And it looks very interesting and cool.

I have total 18 years of exp in IT in different Support roles for EUC domain (Nothing related to ITIL, ITSM, etc.) but I used these tools as a user to extract reports, creating dashboards, etc.

Not sure how to proceed further and get a job in this domain so that I can have hands on experience with the knowledge Im getting from Learning.servicenow.com

Thanks a lot
