Hi everyone,
I'm currently not working in a ServiceNow environment, but I'm considering relocating and looking for ways to make myself a more attractive hire. I have quite a bit of ITSM management experience, but not with ServiceNow and I'm thinking about obtaining the SN System Administrator certification. Would this certification be valuable for someone in my situation? I'm hoping it will enhance my resume and open up new opportunities in the field. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated, especially from those who have been in a similar position.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, CSA is valuable if you're going to be working with ServiceNow. However, I've found that CSA is insufficient to actually work with ServiceNow. I've taken most NowLearning courses as well and also found that to be insufficient as well. I've also read most of the manuals but that was insufficient too.
Actually working with PDI (personal developer instance) and through these community forums was I actually been able to gain working knowledge to start using ServiceNow.
"Insufficient" here does not mean "unnecessary" because if I haven't done them, I won't be able to go to the next step. ServiceNow is very expansive with vast amount of features. It's best to take 1 step at a time. I fully recommend starting off with CSA.
